About Kirk Catron
Kirk D. Catron has broad experience in complex criminal, divorce, custody, and insurance defense litigation before state, federal, and appellate courts. Kirk has a successful domestic law practice where he has helped clients obtain divorces, custody changes and child support modifications. Kirk also practices insurance defense law and specializes in automobile/premises liability lawsuits. He has also previously represented numerous Homeowners Associations in both drafting and enforcement of their rules and regulations.

Kirk is a member of the Rutherford and Cannon County Bar Associations. Kirk volunteers his time monthly at the Rutherford County Christian Legal Clinic, the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity Housing Corporation, and the Blue Raider Athletic Association Advisory Committee. In his spare time, Kirk enjoys spending time with his family, supporting Middle Tennessee State University athletics and golfing.
Kirk is married to Carrie Beth McDonald Catron. He has two daughters, Charleigh Ann and Carrigan Catron.
About Chris Fisher
Chris Fisher is an associate attorney at our firm. He has experience in estate planning, probate, criminal defense, civil litigation, contract drafting, domestic litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and appellate work. Chris grew up in Brentwood, Tennessee, and moved to Murfreesboro after high school to attend Middle Tennessee State University. While in school, he worked part-time in multiple court clerk’s offices for Rutherford County where he built long-lasting relationships with judges, prosecutors, administrative staff, and private attorneys. Chris graduated from MTSU in 2017 with his degree in Criminal Justice Administration and a minor in Political Science. Chris then attended law school at Belmont University College of Law. During his time at Belmont, he was a member of the Criminal Law Society, Family Law Society, the Entertainment Law Society, and the Federalist Society.
Chris now practices all over Middle Tennessee. He is married to Morgan Fisher, who is a pediatric nurse practitioner. Together, they have two dogs, two cats, and a baby girl on the way.
